Kanchenjunga Trek is remote, wild and full of adventure. Named after Kanchenjunga Peak (8586m), the world’s third highest peak, the region is located in Taplejung District in the northeastern part of Nepal on the borders of Sikkim and Tibet.
Ganesh Himal region is located in Dhading district, to the north-west of Kathmandu. Trekking in the region is an off-the-beaten trail affair and is one of the newly introduced trekking routes in Nepal.
Dolpo region is the largest district situated in mid-west of Nepal, in the rain shadow region. Also called “Ba Yul” or the Hidden valley, Dolpa is a land of mystery surrounded by Tibet in North and highest Dhaulgari Massif in South. Unlike other trekking destinations, the area is visited by very few tourists.

Winter which starts from December to February might not be the favorable choice for the tourists due to its cold weather, low temperature and snow fall. However, you can still appreciate the scenic and magnificent view of the mountain by participating in some of the short treks.
Autumn is one of the best seasons to travel to Nepal. It starts from early September to early December, generally during autumn; the weather is clear with mild to warm days and cold nights. In this season, the mountain views are astonishingly clear. Also, during autumn there are all kinds of tourist activities. It is the best season for trekking and climbing, flowers blooming and Nepal is lush with an abundant green.
