Ramdung is 5,925 meters in height and is located in upper Rolwaling region. After its climb in 1952 it became an ideal destination for commercial trekking and climbing groups for some time before a ban was imposed by the government. The mountain offers a panoramic view of mountain ranges from Langtang to Everest and also a splendid view of Gauri Shankar and Menlungtse.

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu (1350m.) to Shigati via Dolakha (1660m.).

Day 04: Trek from Shigati to Jagat (1440m.) takes about seven hours.

Day 05: Trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) takes about seven and half hours.

Day 06: Trek from Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m.) takes about seven hours.

Day 08: Rest day at Beding for acclimatization.

Day 11: Trek from Na (4180m.) to Yalung Glacier (4750m.) which takes about six and a half hours.

Day 12: Trek from Yalung Glacier to Ramdung Base Camp (5150m) which takes about six hours.

Day 13: Climb Ramdung peak and back to Yalung Glacier (4750m) which takes about nine hours.

Day 14: Trek from Yalung Glacier to Na.

Day 15: Trek from Na to Tso Rolpa Lake (4540m.)

Day 16: Trek Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m.)

Day 17: Trek from Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.).

Day 18: Climb from Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.)

Day 19: Trek from Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo (4350m.).

Day 20: Trek from Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m.).

Day 21: Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3440m.).

Day 22: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) takes about six hours.

Day 23: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes.

Day 24: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or you can go for city tour.

Day 25: Departure

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.

On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met and welcomed by our airport representative. You will be greeted traditionally with flower garlands. The representative will then take you to your hotel where you will be served welcome drinks. In the afternoon, you can take a stroll around and visit shops, restaurants and bars. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu for preparation of the trip.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu (1350m.) to Shigati via Dolakha (1660m.).

Day 04: Trek from Shigati to Jagat (1440m.) takes about seven hours.

Trek from Shigati to Jagat (1440m.) takes about seven hours. We trek through a normal flat land along the banks of the river and then pass through a rice terraced field. There are a few small village hamlets found on the way which are inhabited by different ethnic communities. You continue to cross jungles covered by orchid, a few rhododendron trees and wild vegetation. You next cross a suspension bridge to reach Jagat, a small town resided in by people from different cultures. You interact with the local folks to get an insight into their life. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 05: Trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) takes about seven and half hours.

Trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) takes about seven and half hours. The first part of your trails follows normally flat path, then it ascends and descends through the jungle. Several places, you cross through suspension bridge. There are numerous villages on your way. Steeply climb up to Simigaon, a village inhabited by Buddhist and few Hindus. Stay overnight at camp.

Trek from Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m.) takes about seven hours. On the route you come across the Sherpa villages. The uphill trek is rich in different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. After the uphill trek you will now come across ascending and descending paths while enjoying the scenic beauty of the place. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 07: Trek from Daldung La to Beding (3690m.) takes about seven and half hours.

Trek from Daldung La to Beding (3690m.) takes about seven and half hours. The trek now ascends uphill through different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. You trek over the suspension bridges over the deep gorges in few places making the trek even more enchanting. You finally reach Beding which is a big Sherpa village. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 08: Rest day at Beding for acclimatization.

Rest day at Beding for acclimatization. You can hike in and around for acclimatization and have panoramic views of mountains like Mt. Gauri Shanker, Tibetan mountains of the Tibetan boarder. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 09: Trek from Beding to Na (4180m.) and it takes about four hours.

Trek from Beding to Na (4180m.) and it takes about four hours. This day you can explore the upper slopes of the valley for Snow Partridge or a visit to the nearby glacier lake. The trek path slightly ascends along the river bank. The place is an open path with fresh air and the charming sound of the river. You can have the panoramic view of the mountains as the trek moves forward. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 10: Rest Day at Na for preparation for Ramdung Go (5930m.).

Rest Day at Na for preparation for Ramdung Go (5930m.). You will be able to witness the various views of mountains like Gauri Shanker, Menlung, Yalung and the mountains of the Tibet. You will be on a Yalung Glacier camp today. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 11: Trek from Na (4180m.) to Yalung Glacier (4750m.) which takes about six and a half hours.

Trek from Na (4180m.) to Yalung Glacier (4750m.) which takes about six and a half hours. The trek ascends high glacier walk with the land enriched with white ice all over with crampon and ice sacks. You will be staying overnight in the Yalung Glacier high camp. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 12: Trek from Yalung Glacier to Ramdung Base Camp (5150m) which takes about six hours.

The trail you pass through is of rocky glacier. You will be able to witness the various views of mountains like Gauri Shanker, Menlung, Yalung and the mountains of the Tibet. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 13: Climb Ramdung peak and back to Yalung Glacier (4750m) which takes about nine hours.

Day 14: Trek from Yalung Glacier to Na.

Trek from Yalung Glacier to Na. The trial descends down back to Na; you will be able to enjoy the scenic beauty of the environment. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 15: Trek from Na to Tso Rolpa Lake (4540m.)

Trek from Na to Tso Rolpa Lake (4540m.) You will be trekking through the flat and gradually up path. You will be able to witness the beautiful Natural Lake filled with the chilling water of the glaciers. The views of Menlung and Tibetan Side Mountains add glory to your trek. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 16: Trek Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m.)

Trek Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m.) Early morning you will walk through the glaciers throughout the day and will be able to experience the new enchanting beauties that would add extra dimensions into your trial. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 17: Trek from Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.).

Trek from Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.). The trail will still be ascending through some rock climbing and a gradual walk on the glacier. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 18: Climb from Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.)

Climb from Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.) to Tashi Cape. You will climb up the Tashi Lapcha Pedi and cross the Tashi Lapcha Pass through Tashi Cape. The trial will completely be over the snow straight up and then steep down towards Tashi Cape. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 19: Trek from Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo (4350m.).

Trek from Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo (4350m.). Today you will be experiencing a bit easy glacier walking. The trail descends down towards Thyomgbo. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 20: Trek from Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m.).

Trek from Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m.). Early morning you will trek don to Thame. This trail gradually descends and you will have an added experience of easier trail and will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the environment. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 21: Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3440m.).

Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3440m.). The trail descends gently for early one hour to Sanasa (3550m.). Now you have a glimpse of first really good views of the great peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. Passing by several villages and numerous tea house, the trail descends steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga (3250m.) Tyangboche is famous passing by several villages and numerous tea house; the trail ascends steeply to Sanasa where local Sherpa people sell the Tibetan goods. The way from Sanasa to Namche has small ups and downs with view of forests, scenery and mountains. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 22: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) takes about six hours.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) takes about six hours. The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla for your overnight stay. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 23: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes.

Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 35 minutes. You take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 24: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or you can go for city tour.

Day 25: Departure

As per your flight schedule, our airport representative will transfer you from your hotel to the airport for your final departure.
