It is situated in the very popular Langtang Region and is a technically challenging peak. The peak is for those who really like to have adventure in using their experience with full climbing equipment's such as rope, ice-axe, tent, etc. It takes you the way of langtang river with traditional Tamang culture and boarder of Tibet with a view of fields enclosed by stone walls as well as herds of yaks.

The height of Yala is 6427. Main attraction of Langsisa Ri peak climbing is panoramic views of Himalayan peaks like Langtang Lirung 7246m, Ganesh Himal 7604m, Dorje Lakpa 6988m, Shishapangma 8035m, Naya kanga 5744m, Yala peak 5535m etc. Langsisa Ri peak is situated at Jugal Himalayan range in Langtang region at Rasuwa District, Nepal.

Best season for Langsisa Ri peak climbing is March to May and September to December.

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.

Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu for preparation of the trip.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi which takes about nine hours.

Day 04: Trek from Syabru Besi (1600m.) to Lama Hotel (2470m.) takes about five and half hours.

Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3430m.) via Ghore Tabela takes about six hours.

Day 06: Trek from Langtang Village to Kyangjin (3870m.) takes about three hours.

Day 07: Rest day at Kyangjin Gompa and we do some excursions in and around the area.

Day 08: Trek to Langsisa Kharka will take you approximately 5 hours.

Day 09: Trek from Langsisa Kharka to Langsisa Base Camp will take approximately 5-6 hours depending in your pace.

Day 10: Proceed to High Camp from Langsisa Base Camp which will take approximately 4-5 hours.

Day 11: Push for the summit of Langsisa RI peak which will take about 4 hours from the High Camp.

Day 12: Descend down from Base Camp to Kyanjin Gompa which takes about 4 hours.

Day 13: Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2470m.) it takes about six hours.

Day 14: Trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru (2130m.) takes about six and half hours.

Day 15: The trek from Thulo Syabru to Dhunche (1960m.) takes about 4 and half hours.

Day 16: Drive from Dhunche to Kathmandu which takes about eight hours.

Day 17: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or you can go for city tour.

Day 18: Departure

Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.

On your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be met and welcomed by our airport representative. You will be greeted traditionally with flower garlands. The representative will then take you to your hotel where you will be served welcome drinks. In the afternoon, you can take a stroll around and visit shops, restaurants and bars. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Free day in Kathmandu for preparation of the trip.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi which takes about nine hours.

Drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Besi which takes about nine hours. You head north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridge line vistas to Syabru Besi passing through Dhunche. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 04: Trek from Syabru Besi (1600m.) to Lama Hotel (2470m.) takes about five and half hours.

Trek from Syabru Besi (1600m.) to Lama Hotel (2470m.) takes about five and half hours. The first part of the trail crosses through Bhote Koshi and follows the Langtang Khola. This trail gradually ascends up to Bamboo passing through landslide. Thereafter, your trek ascends gently to Rimche (2400m.) through Bamboo (1960m.) which lies at the bank of Langtang Khola. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 05: Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3430m.) via Ghore Tabela takes about six hours.

Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang village (3430m.) via Ghore Tabela takes about six hours. As you continue climbing there are occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung between the trees. At Ghora Tabela [3000m], the trail emerges from the forest. Once there was a Tibetan resettlement project here, but now it is a Nepalese army post though it has no permanent inhabitants. The trail continues to climb gently and the valley widens, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders who bring their livestock to graze in the high pastures during the summer months. Stay overnight at lodge (tea house).

The trail climbs gradually through small villages and yak pastures as the valley opens out further and the views become more extensive. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyangjin. Here, there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory. You arrive at Kyangjin by lunch time allowing time to acclimatize and explore the area. Stay overnight at lodge.

You can visit the monastery and the cheese factory, walk up the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyangjin Ri (4350m.), directly behind the village, for a breathtaking panorama of the Langtang peaks. Day 08: Trek to Langsisa Kharka will take you approximately 5 hours.

This is a good point to enjoy a plethora of picturesque Langtang ranges including picturesque Langsisa Himal, Langtang Ri, Dorje Lakpa and Yala,. Stay overnight at camp.

Day 09: Trek from Langsisa Kharka to Langsisa Base Camp will take approximately 5-6 hours depending in your pace.

Day 11: Push for the summit of Langsisa RI peak which will take about 4 hours from the High Camp.

Day 12: Descend down from Base Camp to Kyanjin Gompa which takes about 4 hours.

Descend down from Base Camp to Kyanjin Gompa which takes about 4 hours. Kyanjin Gompa is one of the most sacred places of Buddhists and is located amidst an abundance of wilderness. There are glaciers and Langtang ranges nearby along with ample wildlife activities. Stay overnight in lodge.

Day 13: Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2470m.) it takes about six hours.

Trek from Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2470m.) it takes about six hours. From Kyangjin you retrace your route, following the Langtang Khola to Langtang village and on to Ghora Tabela. After lunch, you continue the steep descent to Lama Hotel. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 14: Trek from Lama Hotel to Thulo Syabru (2130m.) takes about six and half hours.

Day 15: The trek from Thulo Syabru to Dhunche (1960m.) takes about 4 and half hours.

The trek from Thulo Syabru to Dhunche (1960m.) takes about 4 and half hours. The trail ascends gently in the early part. You pass through the forest of rhododendron, oaks and fir trees. After that, the trail descends into the valley until you reach to Dunche. Dunche is a more developed village, it also serves as headquarter of the district. From Dhunche, you enjoy the scenic view of Langtang Himal and Ganesh Himal. Stay overnight at lodge.

Day 16: Drive from Dhunche to Kathmandu which takes about eight hours.

Day 17: Free day in Kathmandu for shopping or you can go for city tour.

Day 18: Departure

As per your flight schedule, our airport representative will transfer from your hotel to the airport for your final departure.
